“I bounce between France and Spain. In the 20+ years that I’ve been trying to tackle the pain in my neck/upper back, nothing has helped me as much as the few massages Duarte has given me in the past year. My French doctor routinely prescribes me 500mg paracetamol with 30mg codeine, 16 pills per month, and for a time I was taking them, as they were the only thing that blunted the pain. I have taken only four pills since I returned to France three months ago, and two of those had more to do with the stress of packing up to sell my French house and settle in Spain.
